Intricate patterned carpet requires experienced tradesmen who will do the job properly the first time. A percentage of this carpet is manufactured to a width of 69cm. This calls for the sewing of seams together to ensure the pattern will match and the seams will not come apart, which can lead to further problems down the track.
At Carpet Cutters Commercial we have invested in a specialist sewing machine, 16 metres in length, to sew these carpets. We are one of the very few contractors throughout Australia who has a machine and the expertise. Club owners, if they wish, are able to view the carpet being sewn on our premises at Seven Hills, Sydney.
